They’d ensure every detail was accurate, no lie.

 

They scanned each procedure, each diagnosis, too,
Double-checking the codes, making sure they were true.
From the dates of service to the notes in the file,
Every piece of the puzzle examined in style.

 

"Was this medically necessary?" they’d ask with care,
"Does the documentation prove what’s written is fair?"
They’d cross-reference everything, leaving no stone unturned,
For accuracy and compliance was what they’d discerned.

 

They reviewed the modifiers, the codes, and the fees,
Ensuring the claims were submitted with ease.
Each step was precise, their work so complete,
For auditors thrive on each challenge they meet.
