eBridge, Inc. is a hosted document management and workflow solution that is ideal for billing and coding professionals who want to reduce paper, centralize storage, maximize efficiency, and minimize security risks. The company was founded in 2001 by two document imaging industry veterans, and is based in Tampa, FL. We currently serve over 1,000 customers, with 108,000 users, and store over 1.6 billion documents. Our support, marketing, sales, development, and training departments work together as one, for one reason: to make our clients' job easier.
eBridge offers powerful tools to our clients, including:
- OCR full-text search to make document searches more flexible and responsive to the user's needs.
- Built-in Workflow functionality allows documents to be routed to specific users or groups. Users are notified instantly when they have files to be worked, and administrators can track a document's progress from start to finish.
- Detailed audit reports help clients stay compliant with privacy laws and track who has accessed files and when, along with what they did with them.
- Document Level Security to control users' account access, to ensure they only see the documents they are authorized to view.
- Browser-based viewer that allows documents to be annotated, have sensitive information redacted, or text highlighted, before being printed or emailed. Our viewer also allows the user to send a secure link that expires, rather than the document itself, for greater security compliance.
Add to that our total focus on security, which allows our clients to comply with network perimeter security and data retention criteria maintained in regulations like HIPAA, GLBA, SOX, FIPS, and GISRA.
All customer data is stored at our 2 secure, redundant data centers. Transport Layer Security (TLS) is used for data transfer and AES 256 Block CBC encryption for data storage. Additionally, eBridge has been certified as a HIPAA/HITECH compliant and a SOC2 Service Organization, by the third-party auditing firm 360 Advanced, P.A.
